So right now I have Control running via a docker container on Ubuntu. I’ve been tossing around the idea of moving to the dedicated hardware Control and was wondering if there was anything to watch out for or is it as simple as taking a backup on the current Control config and then importing it into the hardware Control config once it’s up and running. I’m guessing if that’s all that’s needed that the attached devices (route10 and ap6) will just continue working normally after.
Did you ever give this a go? I’ve just picked up a used hardware Control and will move over from a self-hosted container. It’s probably quite easy but I just don’t want to screw up my setup if possible. I couldn’t see anyone else doing the same thing when I searched.
