Mac Filtering on 2,4 or 5 separately

Some of my devices have issues connecting to a dual band ssid. For exampme our Nintendo Switch. So I have setup a separate 5Ghz band and then it connects without a problem. As this is a Nintendo problem that many discuss on the Internet, I saw someone fixed it on their router by denying the switch mac address for the 2,4ghz band. Is there a way for me to do that on the A6pro?

The only way I can think of to do this at this time is to have 2 separate SSIDs, one that is 2.4GHz only and one that is 5GHz only, then block the Switch MAC on the 2.4GHz SSID only.

While I don’t quite understand why one would want to do this as, generally, client devices should roam on their own (that’s the way it was before band steering, and the 3 different roaming standards), that’s not really the question at hand. I would generally recommend against doing this as 2.4GHz is there as a failback of sorts (not by design and this was the case long before Alta) in the event you get out of range of 5GHz. If this is something you want more capability of within the cloud interface, I would recommend creating a feature request.
