19 x AP6-Pros 6 x S24-POE Switches
Probally around 600-800 clients. Using Alta Pass for the guest network with a seperate VLAN for that. Video over IP, 70 V Audio Distribution and around 40 cameras

Consider adding redundant links. If that top switch goes offline, you’re dead in the water.
Yes, from a network design perspective, you should make the top switch your “core” and directly connect to each switch below, and then them together. Spanning Tree will sort out the links. Also adjust the Bridge Priority on the Top switch.
