Issues with "Alert" for sites at the moment?

Since yesterday, I’ve had about 14 e-mails with Alta Alerts for mainly my site, but also for 2 other sites that I manage.
The alerts are for different kinds of devices, switch, AP, Route10.

The main issue is, there is no outages of any kind - I just got an e-mail right now, on my personal site, that my S8-POE had been detected offline, something that I would notice since all my APs are connected to this switch, however, everything runs smoothly - same thing with the other alerts I mentioned.

Is there a general issue at the moment with the alert system? tried searching first, but didn’t stumble upon anything regarding it.

I haven’t seen any alerts from my sites at the moment, although I did receive a bunch of alerts in the early morning today. At the time I assumed it was an ISP issue at those sites but I suppose it could be otherwise.

As far as I can tell nothing looks too amiss on the service status site:

This has happened with one of our customers too yesterday. They received an email notifying that one AP was offline, but everything was ok at the site

I keep getting the messages today, 4 since I created this topic (APs and my R10), when I take a quick look under Network, the Status bar also shows no sign of hickups, everything is running smoothly, afaik.

maybe they are doing maintenance on their end. if the devices cannot connect to remote management system it just alerts after a period of time.

Yes this is also driving us nutty!!!

I’m getting the same.. also in New Zealand (as you are too by the looks).

Hmm, if they’re roaming the forums perhaps we can flag down someone like @Alta-MikeD , @Alta-James , or @Alta-Anthony to try and shed some light on things.
