The status of Tado is still not communicating with the cloud! All my network devices are connected now via a switch connected to route10.
What I mean by strangely is that the automation rules are not been started which by the way are on the cloud too.
Unfortunately, for some reason (maybe some incompatibility between route10 and tp-link switch and Deco X50) route10 doesn’t seem to be handing over the packages well. Do you think could be some firewall rule in route10? I checked the rule but looks like fine to me.
I am using Tado bridge v3 without issue. The Tado bridge is quite limited on the connection via its ethernet. (The very old bridges only used to support 10Mb half duplex only) Mine is not connected into the route10 but it connects to an Alta 8 port switch which then connects into the Route10 via a 2.5Gb link. If you have an old switch that can connect to the Route10, connect Tado to the old switch and I believe it will work . The Alta switch reports its a 100Mb connection and its on an IOT Vlan i used for such devices.

Hi @don.mclean, Actually in my network configuration have a TP-Link switch but still I didn’t worked with route10 as my main router. When I used it with my Deco then it work.
I currently use a Tado Bridge on my network, this connects through my Route10 by Ethernet (Link Speed 1GB) and everything works fine, no issues to report.
You can see a screenshot below showing discovery of the device, a 1GB link and a dhcp assigned address.
Looking at your ethernet cable in your picture it looks like it only has 2 pairs and not 4, when connecting with your switch the link negotiation will only determine a 100MB max. I suggest swapping that cable out with a cable that got all 8 wires and test again.
Hi raematazz, I had tried with another cables and the issue was still happening. Something I also notice in my network after switching my route to route10 was that my tuya smart devices connection to the cloud started to became unstable. it was getting disconnected till I access them from the cloud, but this issue I didn’t investigate due to time constraint.
@TeWe, the 1GB port needed to go down to 10/HD. I had tried to connect the 10/HD bridge to the route10 port directly which route10 wasn’t recognised it at all till I manually cache the port speed from and speed and back to default, then the port lights show the brown light. This is the only way I saw it working. When I moved the bridge back to my switch and connect the switch to route10, again the bridge couldn’t connect to the cloud again. Very weird issue!
