Issue setting up TRUNK to DELL N1124P-ON Switch over DAC / Fiber connection

Just got my route10 today and already started to set it up.
With some set-backs (not being able to directly use the XGSPON SFP+ with my ISP and the DHCP setup), i got the router online.

The next issue, and the one i’m looking for some help here, is the inability to get the Downlink to my core switch over a DELL DAC cable, or a fiber connection to work.
In none of these cases got any link by the Switch detected - no logs, nothing either.

The port does detect an inserted SFP+ module, but no link at all:

On the switch, and also the route10, i’ve set the speed manually to 10G - disabling Auto-negotiation for fiber and enabling it for copper (per IEEE 802.3).

There seems to be something detected as connected on the route10:

But this does not reflect on the other side.

Here’s also the configuraiton of the interfaces (both sides, currently with fiber):
Route10:

Switch:

Anyone got similar issues or got an idea what it could be?
Thanks in advance!

As an update on that case. I got the connection working, but really had to purchase another DAC cable. The one i used (DELL DAC-SFP-§0G-5M S/N: 0358VV REV A03) didn’t work whatever i did.

In the end, i had to purchase / swap the DAC cable. The one that works now is the Ubiquiti Inc.DAC-SFP10-0.5MRev: A2) - same settings as the DELL one.

That’s a really strange behavior.
