ISP went down, had nothing to manage with, Local Controller Coming?

My ISP went down the other day for several hours and I was unable to manage my devices, couldn’t power cycle APs, cameras, or just see what was going on.
Another observation, the amount of DNS traffic generated was also rather intense.

Is there a plan for a local controller in the future?
Docker containers always work nice and easy to manage if I can influence slightly.

Yes, there is a local appliance in the works.
