When you can order a Route10 on Amazon and get it before you preorder from ISP Supplies.

Got mine on ebay before they listed it on Amazon. Would of been a no Brainer of course to grab it from Amazon had I seen that first.
Sadly, this will be my last purchase from ISP Supplies. Combine the late Route10 (might not be their fault, but some communication would be nice) and their three month long RMA process, the savings of $5 isn’t worth it to me.
I concur. I have yet to purchase something from ISP Supplies that has gone smoothly. I do not purchase from them anymore either.
The stuff on the Alta Amazon store used to be ISP Supplies now it says Sold By Alta Labs and most items are shipped by Amazon. Looks like Alta took over the Amazon store.
Yep, I saw that too. I was going to buy a few more AP6 Pros on Amazon, but didn’t because I saw it was sold by ISP Supplies and I would have to go through the wringer if something were to fail. Ultimately never purchased more.
Alta selling directly on Amazon is a good thing. Alta should think about allowing dealers to purchase directly.
I’m tempted to just cancel my pre-order from ISP Supplies and order from Amazon. I didn’t think the Route 10 was listed on Amazon yet when I placed the ISP Supplies pre-order, but I’m glad to see this is an option going forward.
