IOT device cloud issue with Route10

I have started testing an Alta Labs solution with switches, APs and router. I currently have an environment developed in 5 VLANs, one of which manages all my IOT devices (Shelly, Meross, Chamberlein, etc.). These very ones have started to give problems, no longer being connected and reachable from the cloud. No problems, however, in reaching them from local. Testing instead the router with another connectivity instead everything started working properly again.
I have tried resetting the router, use everything without VLAN with a new SSID, but if I use the main connectivity the problem recurs.

The problem occurs only with the primary connectivity, a PPPoE connectivity on WAN1.

I hope you can help me find a solution.

Hi, I have been working with you in a support ticket to request relevant logs and packet captures surrounding a connection attempt. Could you please resume the ticket and share the requested data? What we have been provided so far includes so much noise that there is no way to filter down to the issue. Please capture the information for me to review.

Again, the data you have provided does not appear to include any connection attempts that we can analyze. I feel confident it should, but there is too much noise to filter through accurately, so we cannot effectively review it.
