Inviting existing user to site

Hi team.

Set up the trial AP6-Pro using my company’s support@… email and am trying to invite my personal email (which I use here on the forum) to the site. When I get the email, the only option is to go to and create an account.

What if I have an existing Alta account? I’ve tried clicking the link from the email and it doesn’t work. There also seems to be no option within my other controller to accept the invite.

Please help.

@SimonNZ91 Thank you for reaching out and helping us improve! There was an issue with new accounts containing upper-case letters which was resolved. Let us know if you find anything else!
