Hey everyone. Its me again 
So I want to add two users to the cloud so they can take a look into my setup, but I dont want each of them to see each other under the Settings - Users tab. I have been playing with permissions but I cant seem to figure this one out. Has anyone done this before?

Have you tried using the Group mechanism?
Josh, I did, but it didn’t work 
I too am looking into additional users. I would like to make a “master account” for the company but put my techs under “sub accounts”. They wouls have as much access as the master account but can be removed quickly if needed. Whats the best way to accomplish this?
Use the Groups feature. There is no superuser account at this time.
