Invalid MAC at Line 1 error Route10 bulk add Static Ip's for clients and DHCP can't reserve 1 IP address for pool?

I recently picked up a route10 using the cloud controller. Connected to the without issue. I am attempting to bulk add a bunch of devices, which is a non-Alta Labs wireless network. I used the wireless example under this post: https://help.alta.inc/hc/en-us/articles/35073566347803-How-to-Reserve-DHCP-by-MAC - When I press “add” it complains about “Invalid MAC at Line 1”. Remove the device in question, press “add” again, and same deal..

Since it’s not a Alta Labs wireless network should I use wired network?

Also, we need more flexibility with DHCP Pool’s. I should be able to add one IP address, or no IP address for Pool size. My current router allows for those options.
