This is likely the fallback upon failure feature getting invoked at some point and then the devices are stuck on DHCP, which is a known bug on the latest firmware.
Are you using mesh at all? If not, I’d recommend toggling off Mesh
and Fallback Upon Failure
. If you are using mesh, then please just toggle off the Fallback Upon Failure feature.
Then if you go to web terminal on each AP, you can delete the file, restart the APs with one command, and then you should be able to configure the static, and it will stick. The command is: rm /cfg/dhcp.sh && reboot
Alternatively, I can fix it for you if you aren’t comfortable with this/would prefer. I would just need to be added to the site temporarily.
