I just got everything updated to the latest firmware(s) and IKE2 is working from my iPhone now.
I did notice that the phone does not get correctly listed as a client though. In topology, it does show as being connected to Route10, but the IP still shows the LAN IP that it had before disconnected from WiFi and trying out VPN.
