I am getting AP offline messages, the AP is online no issues. This is happening from different sites and different AP’s.

I got some today, but they were online when I checked. Blip in Alta’s cloud?

Have also experienced this, with the latest one being about 3 or so hours ago. Have done for the past week or so.

Thanks for the reports! Earlier today some erroneous disconnection emails were sent out. Fixes are being implemented to prevent that from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Happening again, the site now does open on the browser but IOS app opens and closes unable to select a different site

Can you please update to 1.2.9? It was released to the App Store yesterday. There is a hard infrastructure change which had to be made to scale, so that behaviour will occur with out of date mobile app versions.

Are the European AP’s controlled by servers in the states? If so, are there plans to add European servers?
