I’d be more concerned about the drip marks on the wall behind the switch lol. Other than that, sweet install.
I’ve already replaced one from a previous job that I can only assume went faulty due to dust ingress. That was in a house. Lot of dust seemed to be gathering from the attic above 
Nothing to be concerned about. The image isn’t actually telling you the full story. Just looks like wet marks but the place is bone dry.
