It’s quiet around here. How is everyone doing with their Alta installs? What has customer feedback been like? What size installs are you doing?

I’m pretty terrible about taking pictures but here are a couple pictures of equipment I prepped for some installs. Nothing crazy huge and please excuse the messy desk 
I will say the forum is usually a little livelier when the Alta staff is poppping in more. Of course, I’m sure there are things to do that aren’t just hanging out on the forum all day.

Silencing customers and hiding behind terms of use is not a good look and tells the story that puts Alta in a negative light. I want to see the real truth and blunt feedback.
I’ve stopped evangalizing AltaLabs here in Jamaica.

The real truth is that we are still growing stronger than ever and those that are installing are too busy to check the forums. Also abuse of any kind will not be allowed on our forum. If you have a specific issue, I invite you to reach out to our free support, or make a specific post about it.

Exactly, the only thing ive struggled with is the local controller but besides that installing everything has been super easy. Ive done some consulting on the side and customers have been very pleased with how easy it was to adopt devices and also blocked specific sites.

We had fun with this install using Alta, the set up it’s definitely a breeze compared to other systems out there, it’s almost unreal!
In my experience their customer service has also been good, extremely good
