Hardware Controller - Syslog Host

I have set the Syslog Host under Site->Settings->Advanced to an on-prem syslog server. Everything except the on-site controller is sending logs to it. Is there something else that needs to be set (maybe on the controller itself) to have it send logs to my syslog server?

I also reached out to support on this one - seems this is another “We plan to add that capability to the syslog feature in the future” item. So it appears not utilizing the Site Syslog feature is expected behavior.
