Tried to login to the hardware Control this morning, usually it just logs in, however it was prompting for credentials. Tried my credentials but got the incorrect username or password error. Tried an inprivate browser window, same thing. Tried the app on my phone, same thing.
Reset the password and was able to login successfully. If it was an expired password, I would expect to be prompted to change it. Anyone know what could possibly cause this?
