Hi, I’m having some issues with clients connecting to the guest SSID/VLAN on my AP6

On the guest vlan (VID=3) no clients will connect. I tried s10 on android 11 unlocked att, note 10 plus android version 12 oneui 4.1. my s22 plus w android version 14 att unlocked also can’t connect. All of those phones will not connect to the guest vlan but will connect to the main VLAN SSID

DHCP server is Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Ultra and the AP is connected to a UBIQUITI USW-ULTRA-60W POE SWITCH.

I tried disabling the DHCP server on the guest vlan on the AP6 as well as disabling the “multi VLAN” setting as well. Still nothing. Note: I also do not force WPA 3.
Even under the connection profile type I have it set to standard and put 3 in that VLAN field, it still will not connect.

On my unifi aps there is no issues, as well as a Ligowave NFT3AC AP as well.

When you say no clients will connect does the association to the SSID actually fail or does that succeed and you are getting an APIPA IP or fallback IP from Alta?

I managed to fix this by changing a port setting on my unifi switch. Now works fine.
