Looking at buying a customized DAC cable from FS.com but what brand do I need to have the DAC cable coded for on the Alta Route 10 Side to ensure good compatibility?

I bought the generic one, worked great between my route 10 and mikrotik.

I read a few other pages that listed users using FS cables with good success, but no one mentioned the ‘brand’ of the encoded DAC. any SFP+ module that respect the standard. i use generic DAC cables and generic chinese SFP+ modules and it just works
