Hello…very simple request but I can’t figure out the rule configuration. I basically just want devices on the 192.168.2.0/24 subnet to access the 192.168.1.0.24 subnet. Please advise.

Unless you have explicitly added rules to block all traffic or created networks with the “Isolation” option enabled, traffic should flow between VLANs.

^ this is accurate
If you added the VLANs, did not enable Isolation on either of them and have created no firewall rules to explicitly block traffic to/from either VLAN to the other, then traffic will be allowed to/from either VLAN.
In simpler terms, all you really need to do is create the 2 VLANs and traffic is allowed between them by default.
