I have 3x AP Pros and 1x 8 PoE Switch. During the night I received email that 2 of my APs did go down and just a few seconds ago I got another email saying that the switch whent offline.
It happened to me one time, I recall someone from Alta saying at that moment (2-3 months back) that they had some issue with the server, perhaps is that again.
@zid By default, the site has a 60 second threshold before it reports a disconnect. You can adjust this setting under site settings, in the advanced section.
Whereas our platform reports in near real-time, it catches things like ISP instability, ISP outages, etc. If the outage notifications become excessive as a result, adjusting that threshold out can certainly help reduce the number of notifications.
