Copy site not working

The Copy site function within the Site Manager on Control(manage.alta.inc) does not seem to work at all. Currently, the Copy site is actually only a pure Default/New site.

I have tried this, unsuccessfully, on Chrome, Dolphin and Opera browsers on Android.

An update on this one. The behaviour is the same on the Android app.
