Control 1.1y Released! (cloud & on-premises)

This update to Alta Control expands visibility and policy management capabilities across the platform, with enhancements to network monitoring, access control, firewall management, and device discovery, alongside a variety of usability and workflow improvements.

  • WiFi: Add support for schedule profiles.
  • WiFi: Add support for scheduled filters.
  • Devices: Add device temperature metric to graphs.
  • Switches: Show total POE budget in Device Card.
  • Firewall: Various improvements, including simple port-forward rule creation mode.
  • Allow 0.0.0.0/1 remote VPN routes to support full-tunnel VPN configurations using paired /1 routes. To route all traffic through the VPN, configure 0.0.0.0/1,128.0.0.0/1.
  • Audit Log: Improve several log messages.
  • Improve Alta device discovery.

This update is being rolled out now. You can manually initiate the upgrade if you’d like, or it will automatically update overnight. Here is the full running changelog:
