I am reporting a bug on the cloud controller. Not sure if it exists on local as well.
When the S24-POE switch is offline, for whatever reason, you still get to see and configure the switch ports. That is awesome! However, there end up only being 24 ports, not 26. I am not sure if the config also gets skewed if you configure ports while it is offline.
