We would like to create and assign multiple user Groups to each of our systems. Example, a technician group, service and support group, and a sales group. Each group would receive certain notifications and have access to certain permissions. Right now, if your email is not part of a group, that group is not visible to you. We need a way for our technicians to assign each system multiple groups.
