Cloud Controller down?

Cant seem to login today using Google SSO from Europe, DK
Anyone noticed any issues ?

After verifying MFA on mobile it throws you back to login page.

Same here from Germany at 09:45 local time - login via Email:

Nothing happens and back to login page.

Also mobile App showing no devices connected at all :frowning:

Same issue here, getting kicked out.
Also AP’s are acting up

It does appear to be having issues. My access points are not acting up though.

Can you elaborate “acting up”?

Asking as my AP’s behaving normally, network is okay but no management/insights possible right now…

I keep having connection losses, my Google Hub is the best troubleshooter in that, keeps reconnecting. I briefly lose connections on my videocalls.

It’s about every 15 minutes I feel.

Same here. I was able to log into the cloud controller, but it says I have no devices.

Same here. Now I am able to log into the cloud controller from my desktop browser, but I do not see any devices (neither APs, nor clients).

Confirmed here also.
Login works … devices not present currently though.

Appears to be back online. Curious as to what happened.

For me, the problem is solved, my cloud controller is again accessible from my desktop browser and iOS app.

Back up for me at this time as well.

Sorry for the troubles everyone. Our Cloud provider detected a hardware failure on a core component of our system, and automatically shut down that component. The alert generated was not one that we detected properly. We will improve this and detect it much more quickly if it happens again. This is the first time this particular issue has happened in years.
