Can't access any devices after recent upgrade

I get this error when trying to connect to my local controller now:

“site name” uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

My contoller app also just times out. This didn’t really happen right after an update. It started happening at some point today. I’ll reset the devices if I have to, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. I use a local controller, Route 10, AP Pro, and the 8-port switch.

And now, after resetting everything and that taking at least TWO HOURS of headaches, when I log in to the controller, and click on the Route 10, the window pop-up just shows “Settings” and I can’t even click on it. What in the world is going on?
