I have an AP6 on a network with a non-Alta router. I set the mgmt vlan to 1 and routed it through to the AP6 but the cloud account shows disconnected. I looked it up and the only thing it says is to have outbound ports opened. It’s a zone firewall and all ports out from that zone are open. Can anyone shed some light on this?
I have reset the AP6 and reconnected to the cloud. I deleted and added the wireless networks back in and now everything works ok.
