Hey, just wondering is there a way to bulk share sites with other users? I work as part of a team of installers. We have quite a lot of sites that where installed before I started. I now have my own login for Alta controller and need access to other sites I haven’t installed myself. Is there a way we can do this without having to go through each site one by one and add other users.

There should be an option for creating a Group that can be pretty handy for that. Then you don’t have to invite each individual installer to each site.
What about historical sites tho. That’s what I’m asking. So the 50 sites that already exist. How do we grant my access to all of these all in one go
Ah, sorry, was reading a bit too quick there. I believe if the groups were already in use, then you could just be added to the group and that would take care of it. Otherwise, I don’t think there’s a way of doing it other than going through each individual site at this point. At least not that I’m aware of.
Maybe some sort of global management key/system could be a request then.
I think that would definitely be a worthwhile request 
Who do I speak too? We use this stuff all the time and it would be good to get it just how we like it

Starting a new topic (or maybe editing this one) with the Feature Request tag will allow people in the forum to vote on a new feature, which is usually how they gauge interest and priority. I suppose you could also shoot an email to sales@alta.inc to say “we’ll do a bunch more Alta installs if we have this feature implemented” 
But they would probably ask you to start a Feature Request topic in the forum as well.

Oh, and there’s the upcoming live stream next week where they usually have a Q&A session. That can be a time to ask as well.
If you make a special request to support using the email that is on your Alta account, we can confirm your identity and manually add the group to all of your sites on the back-end.
