This is a new permission added in Google Chrome earlier this week, as of build 142.

We don’t use any calls that would require local network access currently, and we don’t get this warning in our Chrome 142 testing. Are you running any plugins, and can you reproduce this every time you use manage.alta.inc? Is it in a specific section of the site?
I will try to recreate it but i updated my chrome this morning on my workstation then just noticed when i navigated to manage.alta.inc it popped up!
