Brand new AP6 Pro - constant drop outs

Wonder if this has something to do with it

How did it go? (Been following the thread!)

User68 returned the AP and bought Aruba instant on

@zid @user67 @jeffk931 @WhyAydan Quick update from our side on this.

We don’t see any indication in the logs above that there was link loss within the switch, so it seems to be a wireless issue. Based on “station kicked out due to excessive retries associd 2" it’s possible that it was a poor signal, especially if only one AP was being tested. We never heard back from @User68 on our request to troubleshoot further, so we were unable to determine root cause.

We would love for a chance to work together to figure this out. As @rutman286 mentioned, the behavior experienced is not normal.

Sure its nothing to do with the PoE injector not having enough max power?

Not sure you can do anything now Chase anyhow as it looks like they returned the AP.

@WhyAydan Certainly a possibility as well. We would want to make sure the AP is adequately powered. Typically, in order to see an AP consume its full rated power, we would need to see hundreds of devices connected concurrently. Basic troubleshooting would still require that we rule out the PoE injector has introducing any potential issues.
