I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the Altitude 1000 | Alta Labs Networking Foundations course. It provides an excellent starting point for Sales teams, Junior Network Technicians, and Junior Systems staff as they begin their learning journey. I thoroughly enjoyed the course myself and have encouraged my team to complete the certification as well. It offers valuable insight into troubleshooting fundamentals, identifying root causes, and—of course—remembering to check DNS.

Indeed, I took some time today to complete the Alta Base CAMP, which gave me a better understanding of the product design philosophy.
I would suggest providing more guidance on product installation, operation, configuration, and advanced use cases. This would help administrators better understand real-world scenarios and configurations (for example, Wi-Fi setup, tuning, and data-driven optimization), enabling them to leverage the product’s strengths more effectively.
