Is there a list of what websites / applications are featured in these groups please?
i.e - in the image below it shows ‘Chat’ but I have no idea which chat services / sites that it blocks?

Great question. No, not at this time.
Here is a command you can issue by shell to check the rules:
iptables -t mangle -L ndpi-filter -n -v
Here’s the Chat group, as an example:
Do note that some Application Groups will just return the group name, but others will return an actual list of the applications that are blocked.
We’ll also look at preparing a knowledge base article on this topic.
