I have a exclamation mark on my IP showing connected at 100Mbps for my AP7 Pro.
I have replaced the cable with a brand new one and still same issue. I then tried a known working cable and also a short 3m working cable for testing and it still shows as 100Mbps.
Checked through my switch and its set to auto-negotiate.
I switched a working AP6pro thats connected at 1000Mbps with the AP7 pro and it connects at 100Mbps. So it seems to be the AP7 Pro thats the issue. On firmware 3.0n. Is this a known issue? AP7 pro is connected to a 802.3at POE+ switch
Further to this, i have also connected to another switch capable of 10G. Connected via POE++ 60W injector. Cable rated at 10G+. And still it only links at 100Mbps.
While this isn’t a known issue, it does sound like you’ve narrowed it down to the AP7-Pro.Could you reach out to support@alta.inc and include a link to this thread so that we can take a closer look and help swap it out (if needed)?
