AP6 PRO restarts indefinitely after upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded an AP6 PRO from my cloud account and after the upgrade the ap restarts over and over again and won’t boot, I tried to reset it with the reset button but it doesn’t work. Please help me.

Yikes that is not a fun experience! Perhaps try for a Power-On-Reset. Instructions are listed at the bottom of this page:

Have you had luck getting this working?

What symptoms are you observing? I’m not saying it’s not happening, just curious what you’re seeing.

If the PoR process didn’t change anything, then it’s more likely than not that it needs to be replaced. Still curious to know what you’re seeing. Happy to help, please just let me know.

this process is repeated indefinitely as the power is connected and also at the end of any of the two reboot processes indicated in the link (factory reset or PoR)

Given what you’ve shared already, and this is what you see, yes, this would typically indicate the rare boot loop issue.
