I second all of the comments - I am hopeful a new type of mount is in the works.
@jp086 We are actively working on this, but the biggest hurdle for most people is the screw height. If you use the included screws, you’ll have much better luck getting it to lock in.
For me it had nothing to do with the screw height and everything to do with how confusing it is. The product is amazing, but the way it was designed to clip onto the mount is awful. Took watching a YouTube video to fully understand the process.
