I just purchased/set up Route10+AP6 Pro and love it for the most part. Recently, I’ve been receiving emails that the AP has disconnected with the following message: “The following Alta devices have been detected offline: AP6-Pro: main ap”
The emails come sporadically. Has anyone experienced this? Please help.

update: changing the 2.5 Ghz to a dedicated channel: 11 seems to work, but still get disconnects, not as often
update 2: still doing the same after changing to a static channel.

Are you able to test connectivity when the report is sent? Can you confirm if the internet is unreachable, or if the notification is a false positive?
The last time I tested, I could not reach the AP6 Pro with a ‘ping’ test. w/e is connected to the AP but is disconnected cause I have IOT on it. I’ll receive a push_alert that it’s disconnected. I did change the ethernet cable multiple times just to be sure.
When the device is online and working, do you see the IP column populated correctly? Does it include an additional WiFi symbol next to it?
yes, the columns are populated
I would monitor the switch interface as well to determine if the physical link is being dropped or renegotiated.
