I have 2 AP6 Pro and an outdoor AP6 in my house, and yesterday one of the AP6 Pro stopped working (or so it seems). It still shows a white light, and is detected on the Alta Labs app, but it’s flatlining, and all wifi devices are connecting to other access points. Running a quick Wifi scan does not show any information. I tried rebooting it multiple times - it does blink a couple of times before turning into its steady white light, but that’s it. I also tried changing the light color in the app and it’s unresponsive. Does anyone have any additional suggestion? It’s been working great prior to this issue.
Thanks!
Have you ruled out any cable or upstream issues that might have emerged from whatever reasons? Like placing a switch or other AP at that location, just to rule out or identify upstream issues. Also, a Power on Reset (PoR) might be worth trying.

Also looking at the logs could be helpful. Should be able to search through a little bit for the APs name and see if there’s any logs coming through.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up doing a Power off Reset, then had to re-setup the AP and it worked! (Thanks to Alta’s quick support)
