AP6 Pro dead - Blinking Orange Led on Switch

Hey so I have an AP6 Pro that suddenly stopped working!

It does nothing and the POR procedure does not work … all it does is blink an orange led on the switch port where the AP is connected…

Have a similar issue, swoped Pro units for standard, is it firmware related??
