It is extremely easy to replicate the problem I am having. Plug both APs in and nothing will change. For the sake of testing right now the setup is Route10, S8-PoE, 1 AP. I am telling you that even with one AP and with fast roaming off the behavior is the same. I can let it go for a while tomorrow and send you more logs if you like.
Letās say I replicate somethingāhow do I know itās the same instability? It would be really helpful to get a sample of messages content showing the issue in action, the last one cut off shortly after boot and didnāt show anything of interest unfortunately. At your convenience, no rush as Iām heading off for the night. IT doesnāt have to be extended logging for hours, Iām literally okay with seeing the first occurrence of it.
My current config is different, Route10 <> S24, with APs hanging of the switchāfibre uplink from Route10 to S24. Thatās where I have not knowingly encountered this with my Apple devices.
That said, I do have a secondary Route10, an S8, and more APs, as well as a secondary WAN. So Iām definitely in a position to test, and able and willing to try and replicate. The main differences I see are S8 and Ethernet only, and that even gives a couple of different testing points if I do replicate any instability.
Iāll get that configured tomorrow and work from my laptop as latency/connectivity issues will be very obvious. Iāll follow up with my results.
