Ap6 dead, no power

Hi there, I’ve been have some work done at home so my router has been off for a few weeks, I’ve put the switch back on today and the AP is dead.

The switch poe is working as I have cameras on the same switch and I’ve tried a few ports but nothing has worked.

I have taken down the AP and plugged it directly into the switch to no avail.

I have tried the reset and power off reset but still the same.

Any other ideas?

Thanks Josh. Yes I’ve tried all the resets but the AP is dead, no led what so ever.

I’ve requested a return from the supplier.
