AP-Pro wont let me connect any device to SSID

Hi,
I managed to win some Alta Labs 24POE switch and then bought the AP6-Pro with the swtich hub bundle back in Oct 23 (post on here back then too)

Fast forward and finally my street has FTTP broadband and ive signed up for 2gig connection.

Ive gone through the set up process for AP6-pro on the Alta lab app

  1. Its found the device
  2. Ive created a SSID
  3. I can see it broadcasting
  4. All set to default setting, havent changed anything
  5. Ethernet is connected directly from ONT > POE injector > AP6-Pro

Problem.
When i try to connect to SSID on my iPhone, iPad, Windows Computer it just spins and doesnt connect.

However i can see the device appear on the alta lab app.

I would assumed it would work out the box if set to default once SSID has been set up, i’m I doing anything wrong? Any help would be great since waiting this long to be able to set it up.

Just something that popped into my head real quick; is the ONT acting as a router in this scenario? Based on the description of how everything is connected, a concern I’d have is that the ISP equipment could be expecting a router and is handing out an IP to the AP but no further IP addresses to clients connecting to the AP. That would result in the behavior your seeing.

Some screenshots of how the AP is connected in the controller could be helpful. Along with the wireless settings as configured. Feel free to cover up any IP addresses or passwords for privacy reasons though
