AP Lost Connection to Local Controller

I’m having a bit of a struggle here with my local controller.

My primary AP6-Pro is showing up as ‘Disconnected’ in my local controller, but it shows available for setup on the Alta Cloud Controller. I can’t SSH into the AP for whatever reason, but it is serving its previous config just fine and everything is working I just can’t manage it at all. All of my other Alta devices reconnected to me local controller just fine.

What is going on?

Similar issues noticed on our end but with cloud controller and switches.

@chrismorrissey.au We’ve resolved your issue with your S16 this morning, it just needed to be on the latest firmware. @donovanchoa if you email support@alta.inc they can definitely take a look.
