Another weird issue, now with flickering Ch/Port

Another weird issue that have emerged as of lately…

In the Devices list, Ch/Port entries are flickering and toggling between showing the correct port and showing nothing. This happens for all devices connected to S8 Switches downstream of the Route10 and seemingly at random for different ports/devices, and at the refresh rate of probably 1 Hz. A reboot doesn’t make any difference.

I noticed this after the other weird issue described in the following topic settled somewhat (but not sure it is gone). Don’t know if it is related.

VLAN ID, Ch/Port and Link off for devices connected to Switch S8

Oddities have emerged lately…either due to my rearrangement of VLANs or due to some of the latest firmwares. Some devices connected to an S8 Switch show up as connected to Route10 with a bad VLAN ID (but Port/Ch corresponds to that S8 port on Route10, e.g. W1). I have seen this earlier and it was fixed, but has now re-emerged. Some other devices have “healed” and finally showing up at the correct network device and with the correct VLAN ID, but still no Ch/Port shown. The first off VLAN ID is…

Sort of, the only difference is that it doesn’t appear to affect the devices connected to the router, only connected to S8s.

I’ll have to see if it shows up on anything connected to an S8. That in partiuclar is occuring with virtual machines connected to third party switches that are in turn connected to the SFP+ ports on the Route10. So a little different scenario I suppose

I’m seeing this as well on S8 version 2.3k. Tried restarting the switch, but that didn’t resolve it.
