Another AP6 Pro dead?

Hi
I installed 3 AP6 Pro’s at home as a test case before recommending these to my clients. I previously used Ubiquiti but decided not to continue with them due to the management interface and options changing too much.
I have just had a complete failure on one of these devices and I can’t seem to revive it. I’ve tried changing the cables, changing the wall ports, switching to a working AP position and then directly plugging into the switch. None of this has made a difference, the device does not power up. I’ve tried to reset the device multiple times but again no success. The switch (a Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch 24) is indicating that it’s drawing some power but not a lot. Approximately 0.23W. I’m also receiving the following log

Sep 22 13:22:23 Info PoE Port(23) AUTO 2P mode disable power due to Open Circuit state.
Sep 22 13:22:19 Info PoE Port(23) AUTO 2P mode enable power with level Class4.

Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can take or is this a dead device? I’m based in the UK and purchased this from Linitx if that makes a difference.

Thanks
Adrian

@adrian Welcome to the community! I’m sorry your first post is based on an AP6 that is giving you trouble. I will DM you with some additional info, and will ask for some additional info from you as well.
