Android App - All Devices No Name

Hello,

If I view my Alta system on my Android phone, all devices show as No Name. If I view it on the web, they show correctly. I’m on the latest Android release.

Also, every time I leave the Android application, I have to force close it or it won’t populate anything on the next launch. I think I read this was fixed somewhere though.

Any suggestions?

For me, only a portion of the devices show up as “No name” in the Android app. And I believe it only relates to a fraction of manually added or edited device names. They show up as intended in the web app.
