Is the Alta Labs storefront on Amazon run by Alta Labs and will purchases made through there be covered by warranty? Specifically the “sold by Alta Labs” not other resellers on Amazon .
The warranty page only mentions authorized resellers.
@Kevin_M Welcome to the community! Thank you for your question. In the USA, Canada and Mexico, as long as the “Sold by” name in the Amazon Buy Box is “Alta Labs”, as indicated below, then yes. The product will be covered under warranty.
We would require a proof of purchase, and for you to work with our support team, before a warranty replacement would be approved.
