I’m setting up a few VLANs using AltaPass for the first time. I see that you can create and choose a custom profile for each password. In that profile, you choose VLAN, bandwidth, etc. Then for the password, you can select the profile. That part all makes sense. But in that same drop down, it gives you options to choose all the same things (VLAN, bandwidth, etc.). If I use profile, can I leave that part blank? Do I HAVE to? Which one overrides the other? What’s the reason to choose profiles vs not using profiles? So far, I figure it’s better for me to use profiles so I can add a note there and just remember everything is in profiles without having to poke around other places.
